    demurrage:指集装箱在承运人或其代理人控制下的集装箱超期（逾期）使用费，通常指收货人清关提货前在目的地码头或堆场发生的集装箱超期使用费。
    detention:指集装箱在收货人掌管下的集装箱超期（逾期）使用费，即收货人清关后将集装箱提出堆场或码头而没在规定时间内返还空箱而产生的。
    free demurrage & free detention 都是指滞柜费，区别在于：
    free demurrage是从货柜卸到码头开始计算，直到货柜被提出码头为止。
    free detention是货柜从提出码头开始计算，到空柜返回码头止。
